三、使用前的准备：

3、Preparation before usage:

1、选择优良的绒毛，而且绒毛会随着天气的变化而变化，绒毛是否达到操作时的干湿度要求，也需根据现状进行调整。

Choose good fluff, and the fluff will change as the weather changes. Whether the fluff meets the dry and humidity operational requirements needs to be adjusted according to the current status.

2、选择合适的静电植毛机，植毛机的功率输出大小必须根据现场调试，一台植毛机的优劣直接影响植毛工艺好坏。

Choose an appropriate electrostatic flocking machine. The power output size of the flocking machine must be adjusted according to the scene. The quality of a flocking machine directly affects whether the flocking process is good or bad.

四、操作流程：

4、Operation process:

1、首先在植绒浆使用前先加入一定量的助剂，标准为2%，并且助剂一定要先加入1比1的水混合搅拌，再加入浆内搅拌均匀，调制后的浆必须马上使用，不能放置过长时间（不超过8小时），否则正常温度下也会发生交联而影响使用。

注：如果印制中植毛绒浆过稠可加入适量的水稀释，有助良性操作。

Firstly, put a certain amount of additives inside the before-use flocking pulp. The standard amount is 2%. The additives must stir with water in the ratio of one to one, and then mix evenly with pulp. The modulated pulp must be used immediately. It can’t be placed too long (not more than 8 hours), otherwise it will have cross-linking under normal temperature, which affects its usage.

Note: If the flocking pulp is too thick during the printing, it can be added the right amount of water to dilute, which helps the benign operation.

2、建议使用800目网纱印制，注意植绒浆的最后一次印制与植毛操作的时间，一定不能相隔1分钟，印制的次数根据相关的布料，时间等因素调整。

It is recommended to use 800-mesh screen-printing. Note that the gap between the last printing of flocking pulp and hair operation can’t be one minute. The number of printing should be adjusted according to the relevant material and time length.

3、起布自然干透，24小时后可以进行60℃普通洗水，如果在客户要求质量严格情况下就必须经过焙烘，不过温度建议不高于100℃，时间在10-60秒，当然焙烘的温度，时间同样需根据相关的布料、要求等进行调整。

Dry the cloth naturally and can be washed using 60 degree Celsius after 24 hours. If the client strictly requires the quality, the cloth needs to be baked. However, the temperature is not suggested to be higher than 100 degree Celsius. The process should last between 10 to 60 seconds. Of course, the baking temperature and time length also need to be adjusted according to certain cloth material and requirement.

4、布料植绒最后一道工序是清理，使用吸毛机吸毛后，再用胶纸粘布料剩余部分的毛，成品出货。

The final step of cloth flocking is cleaning. Use hair-sucking machine to suck the hairs, and then use tape to stick and get rid of the rest of hair and deliver the finished products.
