3. Usages

1、产品与助剂调配：

3.1 The mix of product and auxiliaries

首先在转印植绒浆使用时先加入一定量的助剂（2%）,并且助剂一定要加入1比1的水混合搅拌，再加入浆内搅拌均匀。调制后的浆必须马上使用，不能放置过长时间（8小时内），否则正常温度下也会发生交联而影响使用，这是在操作中要引起注意的事项。另，如果印制中转印植绒浆过稠可加入适量的水稀释，有助良性操作。

When transfer flocking paste is used, some auxiliaries(2%) should be firstly added. Auxiliaries must be mixed with water and the ratio between them is 1:1. Then you can add paste and stir them well. The mixed paste must be used immediately and cannot be placed for too much time(8 hours); otherwise, crosslinking will appear in normal temperature to influence use. That is what you need to pay attention to in operation. In addition, if the transfer flocking paste is too thick in printing process, you can add some water to dilute it, which can help your operation.

3.2 Operation process

冷转印植绒浆通过800目-1000目网纱印到基布上，一般印2—3次（具体视基布及工艺不同而定），特别注意冷转印植绒浆在第一次印制后浆需要干透，最后一次印制时，网板刮浆后需要收干。起网板后马上将裁剪好的转移植绒纸敷上，随后用不透底网板加入帮浆用刮刀在网板对准植绒部位，来回刮3-4次， 注意不能马上起布，必须等10-20分钟后方可撕纸（原理是浆与纸下绒毛充分起到交联），起布后自然干透24小时可进行普通洗水。

The cold transfer flocking paste can be printed on base cloth through gauze of 800-1000 type. It is printed for 2-3 times generally(in detail, it is decided according to the difference of base cloth and craft). You should specially note that the cold transfer flocking paste need to be thoroughly dry after the first printing; in the last printing, after the net board scrapes the paste, it need to be dried. After the net board is raised, the transfer flocking paper which has been tailored well should be immediately placed on it. After that, you should add auxiliary paste on a solid net board and use scraper to scrape the flocking part for 3-4 times. You should not immediately raise the cloth; you must wait for 10-20 minutes and then you can remove the paper(the principle is the sufficient crosslinking between paste and fluff under the paper). After the cloth is raised and natural drying of 24 hours, ordinary washing can be operated.
